INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
4½ tbsp Gochujang paste
3½ tbsp soy sauce
$ 1½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
2½ lime juiced
8½ orange juiced
21 tsp sesame oil
1 lb lean ground turkey
¼ tsp salt
14 cloves of garlic minced or grated
$ 6-8 Butter lettuce leaves
01 cup shredded carrots
1 cup English cucumbers sliced thin

INSTRUCTIONS
-To a small bowl add, Gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, orange juice and sesame oil. Mix well and set a side.
-Add turkey to a non stick pan and cook over medium-high heat. Use a spatula to break apart the turkey as it cooks. Add garlic, ¼ tsp salt and continue to cook until turkey is fully cooked. Remove from heat, mix in ½ the Gochujang sauce and set aside.
-Once turkey has cooked to room temp you can begin to build your lettuce wraps. Add carrots, cucumbers, turkey and a drizzle of the remaining sauce to each wrap.
