INGREDIENTS

Pancake

3 eggs

3/4 cup milk

3/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 T butter

1/2 cup apples sliced

Filling

1 lb tart apples

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sugar

some cinnamon

Topping

2 T melted butter

powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Oven to 450 degrees. 

Beat milk eggs, flour, salt, sliced apple

In 12 inch skillet melt 1 1/2 T butter and heat it.  Add the batter and bake in oven for 15 minutes

Lower the oven to 350 degrees and bake 10 more minutes forking down the bubbles

Peel, slice and season the tart apples, and cook them for 10 minutes in a pan

Remove pancake from skillet, spoon apple filling, fold it over, add topping and serve.
